Digital Products


All sales of Lead Lists are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital product, once a list is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you carefully review all lists, previews, and given requirements before completing your purchase.


If you encounter technical issues, such as problems with downloading or accessing a file—please contact me within 7 days of purchase. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue promptly.


Custom Services (Lead Generation, Cold Outreach, Design, etc.)


For custom services, a partial or full payment is required before the project begins. Once the project scope, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed, work will proceed as agreed.


If you’re dissatisfied during the process:


  • Reasonable revisions will be provided based on the original scope.

  • If you choose to cancel before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

  • No refunds will be provided after the final delivery and approval of the project.


All refund considerations will be handled case by case, with the goal of reaching a fair resolution.
